�鶹��ý Named One of NJ’s Best Places to Work for 8th Time

From unlimited PTO to free lunches, these companies have the perks and the purpose that keep their employees engaged. On Sept. 17, 2020, NJBIZ held its annual Best Places to Work in NJ event – for the first time virtually, featuring special guests and a lively chat – unveiling the rankings for honorees across small (15 – 49 employees), medium (50 – 249 employees) and large (more than 250 employees) companies. Winners are decided based upon their participation with the Best Places to Work survey, from fellow BridgeTower Media firm Best Companies Group, which confidentially collects data so that workers can share feedback about their employers.

�鶹��ý was ranked #24 in the Medium Companies category (50-249 employees). This is Conti’s eighth time making the list of NJBIZ’s Best Places to Work.

�鶹��ý Honored as Respected “Best Place to Work”

�鶹��ý has been recognized again as a winner of the Best Places to Work from NJBIZ for 2017, in response to satisfaction surveys from its employees across diverse business units. Rankings will be revealed at the award reception and ceremony in April.

To identify the “best” employers, NJBIZ heavily weighs the responses to confidential employee surveys polling on benefits, policy, engagement and satisfaction-related questions. The Best Place to Work acknowledgement is significant in that it shows that Conti employees are fulfilled as they propel the organization forward to achieve its growth objectives, while embodying the values and principles on which the firm was built.

Founded on cultures still intact today, Conti recently celebrated its 110^th anniversary at which time it commended the dedication and hard work of its valued employees; the same employees whose votes have earned Conti a spot on this admired list for the sixth time. Chairman of �鶹��ý Kurt Conti stated, “This is a great achievement, one that can only be made possible by the hard work and dedication of our staff. We have a lot to be proud of at Conti. Congratulations to all!”

2016 Best Places to Work Awarded to �鶹��ý

The surveys have been reviewed and the results are in: Conti has earned its spot on NJBIZ’s 100 Best Places to Work in New Jersey for 2016. This is the fifth time Conti has been named on this esteemed list.

The goal of the Best Places to Work awards is to honor employers who show dedication to their employees’ professional growth and quality of life. To identify the best employers, NJBIZ analyzes employee surveys received from a wide range of companies operating around the state. Conti’s official placement on the list will be released with the full list on May 4th.

The company is looking forward to it. In an email to Conti employees sent upon notification of the award, Chairman of �鶹��ý, Kurt Conti, said, “This is a tremendous honor. Being a great company to work for is all about its people. Your hard work matters, your can-do attitude and team spirit are contagious, not only inside the company but with our customers and all those we touch. My personal thanks to each of you for helping make our company the gold standard in the industry!”
